About Blue Villa

Not far south off the Arabian Coast in India lies the fabled state of Goa. Nestled somewhere in this idyllic spot is an exquisite two-floor vacation home dubbed LH11 – Blue Villa. This 'Self Catered Villa' blends architecture and design to deliver a breath-taking holiday experience. This villa is 1 of 2 villas located in the same grounds, thereby sharing certain facilities including the swimming pool with Jacuzzi, cascading waterfall, garden and the air conditioned games room with a pool table.

The 3 ac bedrooms have beautifully designed interiors with all your home comforts being considered. Each bedroom has a double bed, en suite bathroom, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table and your own personal balcony.

Each bathroom is en suite and contains hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with pressurised water supply with hot and cold water. There is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor.

Kitchen

The large interior kitchen comes equipped with all modern appliances such as KENT RO drinking water, cooking range, microwave, and fridge. Its inviting breakfast bar makes for quick and easy meals. There are built in cupboards and sleek countertops. Utensils and crockery are also provided. Iron, ironing board and washing machine are also provided.

Living Room

The sitting and dining areas have been decorated in a sophisticated old world style with traditional tile designs, white washed walls and contemporary furnishings. In the living room there is a TV with Tata sky and a coffee table and a collection of 80+ books for your perusal. Laptop (HP TouchSmart) with internet (nominal extra charge) is also available.

Garden

Both villas are enclosed by a large compound wall with 24 hours security guard and CCTV Cameras are operational on the external grounds. The garden is home to a variety of fruit trees, such as mangos, limes and coconuts. There is plenty of secure parking available at the villa.


Swimming Pool

The irregular shaped swimming pool is at the centre of the blue and yellow villa and is shared by these 2 houses, along with the Jacuzzi. There is plenty of outdoor patio furniture surrounding the swimming pool. The swimming pool closes at 8pm.

Housekeeping

The care taker is exceptional and offers the sophisticated travellers a genuine close up experience of Goan hospitality, he lives on the premises in staff quarters and can aid you with shopping once a day. Housekeeping is done daily from 10am-1pm. Cooking can be arranged for a nominal fee. Towels and linens are changed twice a week.

Directions to Blue Villa

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Souza Vado Candolim, North Goa. At the Calangute roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Chogm Road, pass by Little Giants School on the right. Turn left at St Anthony Chapel onto Aguada - Siolim Road, you will pass by Pizza Hut on the left hand side. Take the Betim–Verem–Saligao Road and Verem - Nerul Road, ccontinue on the straight road to until you reach Candolim. Pass by Hanuman Temple on the left; continue forward until you reach Acron ArcadeAcron Arcade, take the first left at Mickey’s Place restaurant. When you reach the fork road, take a right and you have reached your destination.
