This spacious 4 Bedrooms villa is designed for sharing, and is an idyllic venue for family reunions and get-togethers. Whether your party numbers 8 or 12 our charming and attentive staff will look after your every need. Exceptionally, you can rent both Phase 11 and Phase 12 for an 8 bedroom property, catering to 16 to 24 people. Being only a 12 minute walk from Calangute beach, with private swimming pool, Phase 11 is arguably one of the most breathtaking Bali styled villas in Goa.

4 Bedrooms

The bedrooms are a is a feast for the eyes and designed to maximise exposure to light, with large windows some providing a 180° view of the garden. There are 3 King sized beds and one twin bedroom. Each bedroom is unique and has been tastefully designed with simple and clean lines showcasing many natural elements such as the wooden floorboards, headboards and 4 poster beds.




4 Bathrooms

Each bathroom is an en-suite and features large windows allowing maximum sunlight in to highlight the beautiful stone effect rustic tiles that is synonymous with Bali. . Some bathrooms have the signature pebbles effect floors. Using clean and simple lines the bathrooms are luxurious, with quality Kohler fittings, large vanity counter, His and Her sinks and emphasis on attention to details. two bathrooms have bathtubs.

Kitchen

The kitchen Is great for families where mum and dad can stand in the kitchen and still watch kids around the swimming pool, or everyone sits outside and the barbecue area becomes the new kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of crockery and utensils and other appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine and kettle to name a few.

The luscious garden surprises and entices you, finally revealing the uniquely shaped Bali style villa which magically appears and sets the scene for something special.

Living Room

After stepping through the beautifully, antique style entrance doors, the delights unfold before you. The open plan living is set into zones e.g. living, dining, garden, kitchen, and Zen garden which all work independently yet when amalgamated makes for a spectacular living space. The Zen Garden imitates the intimate essence of nature by using natural elements to bring the outside, inside and providing a great place for relaxation and meditation. In the dining area, gather around the rare teak dining table while you dine on Indian meals and enjoy great conversation. Sit at the dining table or stretch out on the huge teak bench under the gentle breeze of the ceiling fans it’s your holiday you make the choices.

Swimming Pool

Chill out in the intimate Swimming pool, which is 10 meters by 5 meters with 5 meters by 2 meters kid's pool. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 12 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing are from 8am to 8pm.

Housekeeping

House Keeping is done daily from 2pm-5pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. We have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals. Cooking can be provided for and additional cost, please pay the housekeeper directly, whose charges are reasonable.

Directions to LH11

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. Villa Calangute Phase 3, 4 and 6 are located on Adventure Street. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. Take left at the roundabout, then 1st left again (this road leads towards the old I95 and art chamber gallery). You will pass Azzure Resort on the left hand side. Villa Calangute Phase 6 is located on the right hand side of the road, opposite a large house which has two lions outside. Continue down the road and you will see 2 identical villas on the right hand side. The first villa is phase 4 then the next villa is phase 3 villa, there are 2 lions on the entrance gate. Each villa has a signboard on the gate.
