Completely switch off and unwind and welcome to Villa Calangute Phase 12.This villas has been designed, built, landscaped and lit by some of the best in Goa. This villa uses a cream and black colour scheme which is simple, elegant but yet very effective in highlighting the Bali influences. Your vacation villa in Goa will be an extravagant retreat. The bedroom on the ground floor leads onto a private outdoor deck so one can enjoy alfresco dining under the stars by flickering candlelight.

All bathrooms are en-suite. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen

Is fully equipped with a range of crockery and utensils and other appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine and kettle to name a few. Other facilities include iron and ironing board, BBQ set (on request), toaster, microwave and 4 ring gas stove with oven.

Garden

The luscious garden surprises and entices you, finally revealing the uniquely shaped Bali style villa which magically appears and sets the scene for something special.

Living Room

The magnificent, airy, open-sided main Living and Dining area is central to the entire villa and has ample lounging and dining areas for up to 12 people, making it one of the most accommodating villas in Goa. The standalone furniture is placed sparingly and provides ample space for you to enjoy without clutter. Relax on the contemporary sofas in the living room or walk over to the dining area for a homemade meal.

Shared Swimming Pool

Chill out in the intimate Swimming pool, which is 10 meters by 5 meters with 5 meters by 2 meters kid's pool. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 12 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing are from 8am to 8pm.

Housekeeping

House Keeping is done daily from 2pm-5pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. We have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals. Cooking can be provided for and additional cost, please pay the housekeeper directly, whose charges are reasonable.

Directions to LH12

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. Villa Calangute Phase 3, 4 and 6 are located on Adventure Street. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. Take left at the roundabout, then 1st left again (this road leads towards the old I95 and art chamber gallery). You will pass Azzure Resort on the left hand side. Villa Calangute Phase 6 is located on the right hand side of the road, opposite a large house which has two lions outside. Continue down the road and you will see 2 identical villas on the right hand side. The first villa is phase 4 then the next villa is phase 3 villa, there are 2 lions on the entrance gate. Each villa has a signboard on the gate.
