About LH01

LH01 formerly known as luxury homes villa 1 is a 4 bedroom villa located on Holiday Street in Calangute. Taking inspiration from the state’s Portuguese past and tropical surroundings, the villa’s decor is traditional with an elegant, upscale twist. The villa can host 8-12 people comfortably and is a 2 minute walk from Calangute Beach.

4 Bedrooms

The property’s 4 air conditioned bedrooms are equally cosy yet luxurious, with tiled floors, colour co-ordinated bedding and wooden beds. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedroom have twin beds which can come together to form a double. One bedroom is located on the ground floor.

3 Bathrooms

The 3 bathrooms are simply decorated with all the essentials such as a hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. There is an en-suite bathroom for the master blue bedroom. The lower ground bathroom is located next to the pink bedroom. The green and red bedrooms have a shared bathroom.

Kitchen

The well-equipped self- catered kitchen has a gas cooktop with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery plus stylish touches like wood cabinets, granite countertops and a tiled backsplash.



Garden

Go out into the spacious surrounding garden and walk along the manicured lawns. Enjoy a BBQ whilst watching the sunset, holidays are meant for this. CCTV surveillance is provided within the external grounds of the villa.

Living Room

The living rooms’ granite floors, white washed walls and detailed ceilings are set off by sumptuous patterned velour sofas. When you have had enough of the television with Tata Sky, board games, books and magazines within the villa, head out into the covered terrace for some people watching. In the dining room, the hand carved wooden chairs with upholstered seats and 8 seater dining table set lend atmosphere to any meal.

Shared Swimming Pool

The pool is located in between both villas and the high compound wall offers a degree of privacy as well as a peaceful retreat. The pool is shared with PHASE2 villa next door. The pool size is 9 mtrs by 5 mtrs consisting of a 2 by 5 kid’s pool. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 2 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing are from 8am to 8pm.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping from 2pm-5pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. Please note that no meals are provided this is a self-catered facility. The housekeepers can cook for you if mentioned in advance but extra cost applicable and payable directly to them.

Directions to LH01

If coming from the airport, railway station, take a taxi to Calangute. At the roundabout you will see St. Alex Church, take the 2nd turning towards the main road, continue down this road and you will reach Sr. Anthony’s Chapel, take a left and continue down the road until you pass a NIKE shop, on the right hand side. Continue forward until you see Calangute Mall or Barista and on the left hand side, take a right turn here to Holiday Street, the road is leading to Au Reverie Restaurant and Hotel Goan Heritage. Once you drive down Holiday Street LH01 is on the right hand side of the road, you will see the board outside. We are located opposite Zuberb Restaurant (listed number 2 on TripAdvisor) just before Maggie’s Beach Resort.
