About LH02

A location within 2 minutes walking distance of Calangute beach in Goa with popular neighbouring resorts such as Baga and Candolim a 5 minutes driving distance away means it’s easy to explore the region of Goa. Designed as a family and friends vacation retreat, LH02 has everything needed for a dream vacation. 6 Bedrooms

This 2 storey house has large air conditioned bedrooms that are open and breezy. The large French windows open to private balconies, with colour co-ordinated rooms with day and night curtains and a cheerful mix of rustic and modern furnishings. This 6 bedroom villa can cater to 19 people with 4 king size beds, 1 twin bed and 1 bedroom has triple occupancy.

5 Bathrooms

Each contain a hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. Three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. The downstairs bathroom is next to the silver bedroom. The green and pink bedroom have a common bathroom.

Kitchen

The well-equipped self- catered kitchen has a gas cooktop with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery plus stylish touches like wood cabinets, granite countertops and a tiled backsplash. The kitchen cum diner is a central hub within the house.

Living Room

The living rooms’ granite floors, white washed walls and detailed ceilings are set off by sumptuous patterned velour sofas. When you have had enough of the television with Tata Sky, board games, books and magazines within the villa, head out into the covered terrace for some people watching.

Garden

The whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The charming garden is very pretty and well-tended and stocked with fruit trees. The large lawn area provides lots of space to run around or just sit back and relax on the sun beds. The separate patio area is ideal for a BBQ.

Shared Swimming Pool

The pool is located in between both villas and the high compound wall offers a degree of privacy as well as a peaceful retreat. The pool is shared with PHASE1 villa next door. The pool size is 9 mtrs by 5 mtrs consisting of a 2 by 5 kid’s pool. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 2 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing are from 8am to 8pm.

Housekeeping

House Keeping is done daily from 2pm-5pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. We have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals. Cooking can be provided for and additional cost, please pay the housekeeper directly, whose charges are reasonable.

Directions to LH02

If coming from the airport, railway station, take a taxi to Calangute. At the roundabout you will see St. Alex Church, take the 2nd turning towards the main road, continue down this road and you will reach Sr. Anthony’s Chapel, take a left and continue down the road until you pass a NIKE shop, on the right hand side. Continue forward until you see Calangute Mall or Barista and on the left hand side, take a right turn here to Holiday Street, the road is leading to Au Reverie Restaurant and Hotel Goan Heritage. Once you drive down Holiday Street LH01 is on the right hand side of the road, you will see the board outside. We are located opposite Zuberb Restaurant (listed number 2 on TripAdvisor) just before Maggie’s Beach Resort.
