3 utterly beautiful bedrooms with 3 extra mattresses welcome up to 9 fortunate travellers. One bedroom located on the ground floor has a double bed and features an en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms consist of 2 twin beds which can form a double.

2 Bathrooms

These recently renovated bathrooms have all the attention to details, with a curb-less, door-less shower, soft closing toilet seats and large counter to place all your home comforts. One bathroom is en suite, where as the other is shared by the 2 twin bedrooms.

Kitchen

This simple yet functional self catered kitchen has all the necessary cooking equipment with a 4 ring gas stove with oven, fridge freezer, mixer, pressure cooker, kettle, toaster along with cooking utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery.


Living Room

Indoors, you will find satellite TV, purified water and Wi-Fi access. The open plan living and dining areas are spacious, minimalist and modern. Large cream and purple couches are centred around the television and coffee table.

Garden

LH03 has been recently renovated, the garden consists of a beautiful new pool, kids pool, sun loungers and a shaded pergola with seating. This create an outdoor living space you may never want to leave! You can perfect your culinary skills at the large barbeque.

Swimming Pool

There is plenty of seating outdoors to dine al fresco. Swim in the large family-size pool and then choose your lounge chair for napping or reading. The sprawling lawn surrounds the pool and the area is shaded by coconut trees.

Housekeeping

Your reservation includes housekeeping 7 days a week for 3 hours. Cooking is extra and should be paid directly to the housekeeper on call at the villa.

Directions to LH03

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Chogm Road, pass by Little Giants School on the right. Turn left at St Anthony Chapel onto Aguada - Siolim Road, you will pass by Pizza Hut on the left hand side. Turn left after Babutes (on the left hand side of the road, continue down the road and pass Renzo's guest house house, take the left and LH03 will be on the left hand side of the road, there are 2 lions on the boundary wall at the entrance. Each villa has a signboard on the gate.
