About LH04

Designed as a family and friends vacation retreat, LH04 has everything needed for a dream vacation. Enjoy all the comfort and service of a hotel, and the feeling of intimacy that only a private house can deliver. LH04 is one of 2 houses that are surrounded by a decorative gazebo and has gardens flowing all the way around the swimming pool. Calangute beach is just a 10 minute walk away and is home to a variety of beach facilities such as jet skiing and paragliding.

3 Bedrooms

The bedrooms are a comfortable haven to lye back and relax after a day at the beach or a night on the down. With air conditioning, a ceiling fan, seating, wardrobes, mirror and bedside table, all your comforts are at your fingertips. The grey master bedroom has a double bed whereas the other bedrooms have twin beds (which can come together as a double).


2 Bathrooms

Each of the 2 bathrooms have a large granite counter to sprawl out your bathroom essentials with hand basin, vanity mirror, health faucet, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The grey master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The lemon and pink bedroom have a common bathroom.

Kitchen

The fully equipped self catered kitchen is decked out with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, mixer, pressure cooker, toaster, microwave and 4 ring gas stove with oven and kettle along with a range of glassware with crockery. If that is not enough why no hire the bbq for the night and treat yourself to al fresco dining

Living Room

This open plan living cum dining room, follows through to a shaded terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. The crisp white living room with color coordinated accents provides a comfortable retreat to relax when the rigor of the beach prove too much with an L shaped sofa, coffee table, board games and LCD TV screen with Tata Sky.

Garden

Utilize the garden to the maximum with the swimming pool, kids pool, sun loungers, even the most indifferent of souls will be impressed. There is adequate parking for 4 cars within the gated complex. The gazebo provides a great solace for outdoor dining and provides an opportunity to catch the midday sun.

Swimming Pool

The pool is located in front of the villa and the high compound wall offers a degree of privacy as well as a peaceful retreat, and there's even a shaded terrace to escape the midday sun. The 9 metre by 4 meter swimming pool consists of a 4 meter by 2 meter kid's pool and is managed weekly by French company (Desjoyaux Pools Pvt Ltd). The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 10 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing are from 8am to 8pm.

Housekeeping

Your reservation includes housekeeping 7 days a week for 3 hours. Cooking is an extra chargeable facility supplied by most of the housekeepers. If you wish to speak to the housekeeper prior to arrival you may do so to ensure your taste buds and expectations are met. Towels and linens are changed twice a week.

Directions to LH04

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Chogm Road, pass by Little Giants School on the right. Turn left at St Anthony Chapel onto Aguada - Siolim Road, you will pass by Pizza Hut on the left hand side. Turn left after Babutes (on the left hand side of the road, continue down the road and pass Renzo's guest house house, take the left and LH03 will be on the left hand side of the road, there are 2 lions on the boundary wall at the entrance. Each villa has a signboard on the gate.
