7 Bedrooms

LH05 pairs the privacy of home with impressive resort-style amenities – the villa has some largest bedrooms (5 meter by 5.40 meter) that you will find in any hotel in Goa. The bedrooms all have a different ceiling configuration, mood lighting and bathroom layout which provides a pick and mix of luxury assortments, creating a sense of excitement. The 3 master bedrooms each have a king sized bed, 1 bedroom has 3 twin beds and 3 bedrooms 2 twin beds, providing a home for up to 24 people. The bedrooms are equip with day and night curtains, international plug sockets, walk in wardrobes, ornate mirrors and hand carved dressing table.

7 Bathrooms

All bathrooms are en suite providing privacy for each couple. The honeymoon suites have a look through glass that separates the bathroom and bedroom, simply drop the blind to add privacy. 2 bathrooms have a bathtub ideal for soothing those aching shoulder after a day at the beach. The large counters with ultra modern basins provide a perfect place to refresh yourself or prepare for a night out at one of Goa's clubs such as titos, mambos, cape town. This club strip is a 10 minute drive away.

Kitchen

The self catered kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, 4 ring gas hob, R/O water filter, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The chic contemporary kitchen is great for large group to come together and cook, then walk a few steps to lay your tasty preparations on the 14 seater dining table which is all set up for your convenience.

Living Room

With careful attention to design and decor, every corner of this villa is like a stunning work of art. Inside, you will also find a home entertainment system with a 46" LCD TV with HD Tata Sky Mega Package, DVD player and Wi-Fi access. The open plan design allows easy access between the communal areas of the villa. The L shaped sofas provide a relaxing retreat.

Garden

The garden offers an assortment of things that cater to even the most indifferent of travelers. With sun beds, both exposed to the sun and under the veranda, a swimming pool, kids pool and elephant shower. The tall compound wall with gated access adds to the exclusivity of the villa. A private courtyard at the back of the villa which offers guests the option of dining outdoors.

Swimming Pool

Play, swim, snorkel or sunbathe on Calangute beach then rinse sand off under the al fresco shower before heading up to the exquisite private swimming pool. The pièce de résistance is the large private pool and kids pool which provides a great way to cool down on warm days and sits at the far end of the terrace. When you need some shade, head to the covered outdoor living space, where you’ll find more comfy seating areas that overlook the pool. The Elephant Shower spouts water from its trunk allowing you to cool off after basking in the sun.

Housekeeping

Your reservation includes housekeeping 7 days a week for 3 hours. Cooking is an extra chargeable facility supplied by most of the housekeepers. If you wish to speak to the housekeeper prior to arrival you may do so to ensure your taste buds and expectations are met. Towels and linens are changed twice a week.

Directions to LH05

If coming from the airport, railway station, take a taxi to Calangute. At the roundabout you will see St. Alex Church, take the 2nd turning towards the main road, continue down this road and you will reach Sr. Anthony’s Chapel, take a left and continue down the road until you pass a NIKE shop, on the right hand side. Continue forward until you see Calangute Mall or Barista and on the left hand side, take a right turn here to Holiday Street, the road is leading to Au Reverie Restaurant and Hotel Goan Heritage. Once you drive down Holiday Street LH01 is on the right hand side of the road, you will see the board outside. We are located opposite Zuberb Restaurant (listed number 2 on TripAdvisor) just before Maggie’s Beach Resort.
