About LH07

LH07 is a semi detached villa located on the Calangute - Candolim border. It was built as part of Sonesta Inns Resort, which is a 3 star resort. This villa is located in a quiet area and offers peace and tranquility and is a 2 minute walk to Candolim's Golden sand beach.

3 Bedrooms

The bedrooms are clean tidy and practical with white washed walls with vibrant color accents. The blue bedroom has a double bed whereas the green and pink room have 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have a balcony or extra-large veranda with either garden view. Due to the size of the green room, there is no wardrobe here.

3 Bathrooms

The blue master bedroom features en-suite with bath tub. There is an extra toilet on the ground floor. The pink bedroom and the green bedroom each have a private bathroom.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equip with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, 2 ring gas burner cooking system, cooking utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery. Simple clean lines but furnished with everything that a self-catered villa would need with a granite worktops and built in cupboards.

Living Room

An open-plan dining and living room provide a comfortable space for friends and family to sit back and enjoy each other's company. The living room has a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and TV with tata sky. The invertor provides power back up for a fan and light in each room. The dining table can seat 6 people.

Garden

The large garden spreads from the front to the rear of the property. The charming backyard is very attractive and the lawn is well manicured by our gardener. Parking is provided for 1 vehicle within the grounds of the property.


Swimming Pool

We do not have a tie-up with Sonesta Inn but many of our preceding visitors use their swimming pool, for approximately INR 200 per person per day. Please talk to the reception at the resort to use the swimming pool. Swimming Pool timing are 9am to 5pm.

Housekeeping

Your reservation includes housekeeping 7 days a week for 3 hours. Cooking is an extra chargeable facility supplied by most of the housekeepers. If you wish to speak to the housekeeper prior to arrival you may do so to ensure your taste buds and expectations are met. Towels and linens are changed twice a week.

Directions to LH07

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Chogm Road, pass by Little Giants School on the right. Turn left at St Anthony Chapel onto Aguada - Siolim Road, you will pass by Pizza Hut on the left hand side. Continue down the road, pass Bob's Inn or Hotel called Le Seasons Beach Resort. Turn right at a shop called Just UR Size, then follow the road until you reach a signboard for Sonesta Inns Resort. LH07 is part of the Sonesta Inns Project, villa D.
