About LH10

This is an extraordinary mansion situated in Calangute, Goa, between Candolim and Baga. This stunning vacation rental is located in a quiet residential area just a 10 minutes’ walk from Calangute Beach. Steeped in history, Goa offers a rich artisanal culture full of gastronomic delicacies as well as 300 days of sunshine per year!

9 Bedrooms

The Tuscan style property has been designed with families in mind, with 9 chic bedrooms that can accommodate up to 30 guests. Each air conditioned bedroom is self-contained and features an en-suite bathroom thus providing a degree of privacy. Out of the 9 bedrooms, 2 have super king size beds, 2 bedrooms are king size and 5 bedrooms have two single beds, which can be converted to king beds thus providing beds for 18 people with an additional 12 mattresses. Each bedroom and bathroom has a different theme providing an element of surprise. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, 4 on the 1st floor and 3 on the 2nd floor. Two master bedrooms on the first floor do not have wardrobes.

Kitchen

The striking open plan modern kitchen provided a haven to cook. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, toaster, microwave, 5 ring gas stove, extractor cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The mood lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere to create some delicious meals which can be enjoyed at the adjacent 16 seater dining table.


9 Bathrooms

All 9 bathrooms are en suite and are designed towards a luxury experience with top-of-the-line amenities. The furnishings, Kohler fittings and finishes are reminiscent of a boutique hotel, where the details are all orientated towards pure quality and seamless enjoyment, any time of day. Some of the statement pieces include large granite counters, his and hers Taps, and bath tubs with rain showers. 3 of the 9 bathrooms have bathtubs. The honeymoon suite features only a glass separating the bathroom from the bedroom.

Living Room

The beautiful French doors provides easy access to the swimming pool and creates a great cross ventilation. The living room features a home entertainment centre with TV, DVD player and Tata Sky. The living room is the hub of the property and interconnects to the dining room, kitchen and staircase. With so many options to cater to your every whim, the concept of indoor/outdoor living comes to a crescendo at this bijou villa.

Garden

The modern approach of the materials featured throughout this holiday home blend with the surrounding nature where beautiful stone work retain the Tuscan vibe. The garden features a pergola with rainbow drapes injecting a bit of colour to the predominately white and brown facade. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV security system and a security guard offering you additional security. Parking is for 3 sedan cars.

Swimming Pool

This sets a new benchmark, providing a solution for large groups looking to spend time together on a resort known for its refined ambience, while benefiting from contemporary comforts and a unique location. The 10 meter by 5 meter swimming pool, kid’s pool and children’s play room (available from March 2017) provide enough smart living areas and relaxation spots scattered to enjoy each others company. Getting your family and friends into that laid back Goan vibration will take no time at all! Pool timing are from 8am to 8pm.

Housekeeping

House Keeping is done daily from 2pm-5pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. We have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals. Cooking can be provided for and additional cost, please pay the housekeeper directly, whose charges are reasonable.

Directions to LH10

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. LH03, LH04 and LH)6 are located on Adventure Street. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. Take left at the roundabout, then 1st left again (this road leads towards the old I95 and art chamber gallery). You will pass Azzure Resort on the left hand side. LH06 is located on the right hand side of the road, opposite a large house which has two lions outside. Continue down the road and you will see 2 identical villas on the right hand side. The first villa is LH04 then the next villa is LH03 villa, there are 2 lions on the entrance gate. Each villa has a signboard on the gate.

You can also come to Kamat Holiday Homes Phase 2 and behind this resort you will pass Renzo Guest house and then take a left you will see Lourenco Guest house followed with a sign board of LH03, LH04 & LH06.
