This was the most perfect choice for our stay in Goa. The location was central with shops and restaurants outside and a five minute walk from the beach. The lively restaurants with its jazz bands made this place so vibrant.We had a housekeeper (laxmi)who would come from nine in the morning and she was extremely helpful,a good cleaner and a cheery face too. The villa had a great pool and the seven bedrooms were just right for the fourteen of us. What i found absolutely fantastic was that there was nothing broken,old or damaged. We had the ac,iron,washing machine,refridgerator and plenty of crockery and cutlery so i cannot complain about anything. The pool table was a delight for the kids in the family and all in all i can only say that it was divine. Thank you so much and i hope you always maintain this as beautifully as you have so that the next time we come to Goa,this is the place we are going to rent again.

We stayed at LH04 and couldn't have asked for a better place. The house is beautiful both inside and out and we comfortably lived with 5 people for about 9 days. Rosanna was the best housekeeper too! I would highly recommend renting this vacation rental which is also very close to the beach. Great place and awesome people!

I stayed here with friends for a month and the villa was great, very big spacious and spotless, the location is perfect for the beach and there are plenty of bars and eating places...We got the people from the new bar across the road bringing our food and drink to us and soon became like locals in the area. The villa could not be faulted in any way and all we had to do was relax and enjoy the sunshine.

What shud I say its simly like you are moving from one home to the other all the staff are very freindly and What shud I say for the owners Dexter and Leayana they are so good and they specially visited us to ask are u feeling comfortable or not which hotel gives u this gesture... Thank u for making our holiday so comfotable and wonderful...

Our stay at the Villa was very comfortable, with very pleasant staff and management. The rooms were neat with clean bathrooms. Shops, transport and restuarants were within walking distances of each other which was very convenient. We will definetly go back to this villa should we return to Goa.
